The food industry places high demands on technology. Production lines must remain continuously available, installations must comply with strict hygiene standards, and modifications often need to be carried out during short stoppages.
This requires a partner who understands how production environments operate.
Leemberg designs, manufactures and installs process piping systems, structures and equipment for food producers who cannot afford errors. From new-build projects to expansions, revisions and maintenance work.
Our approach is straightforward: one partner, one team, one responsibility.
Engineering, work preparation, prefabrication and installation are all carried out in-house. This keeps communication lines short and ensures that design and execution are seamlessly aligned.
For food producers, this means less risk, better planning and installations that perform as required from day one.
Our engineers translate customer requirements into practical solutions that are not only technically sound, but also easy to maintain and safe. Using 3D engineering and, where necessary, laser scanning, we accurately map existing installations. This allows us to prevent clashes and maximise prefabrication.
In our workshop, we prefabricate piping systems, skids and structures in stainless steel and other high-grade materials suitable for hygienic applications.
Our certified welders work with TIG and orbital welding techniques and follow applicable standards for quality and food safety. Every project is supported by full QA/QC documentation and traceability of materials, welding procedures and inspections.
This technical approach results in what matters most to our customers: certainty.
In addition to new-build projects, Leemberg also supports food producers with modifications, expansions and maintenance during production stoppages. Thanks to thorough preparation and maximum prefabrication, work can be carried out quickly and in a controlled manner.
This minimises downtime and keeps production processes running.
With more than fifty years of experience in industry, maritime, chemicals and food, we understand what is required to build and maintain reliable installations.
Our way of working has always remained the same.
