IRINOX, a global specialist in high-quality waterproof stainless steel enclosures, will present—together with Comdes Componenten—an integrated ecosystem for the most demanding production environments at the upcoming Food Tech Event.
With the launch of the renewed Hygienic Line and the innovative IRINOXPURE air conditioners, the manufacturer responds to increasingly stringent hygiene and sustainability requirements within the international food and beverage industry. In a sector where food safety and operational continuity go hand in hand, choosing the right infrastructure is crucial. IRINOX understands the challenges faced by modern production companies, where aggressive cleaning agents and strict standards are the norm. The new portfolio has therefore been designed to minimise bacterial growth and maximise the lifespan of, among other things, sensitive electronics.
The renewed Hygienic Line forms the core of the presentation. This complete series of waterproof stainless steel enclosures has been specifically developed for sectors where hygiene is an absolute requirement, such as the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries. Every design detail is aimed at optimal cleanability. The enclosures are made of high-grade stainless steel and feature fully smooth surfaces and a sloped roof to prevent water or dirt from remaining on the surface.
A key technical feature is the blue, FDA-approved silicone seals. These are not only resistant to extreme temperatures and chemicals, but are also easy to replace. Thanks to the IP66/IP69K rating, the enclosures are fully dust-tight and resistant to high-pressure cleaning with hot water. While IRINOX offers a wide range of standard sizes and configurations, the company distinguishes itself through its ability to deliver customised solutions that align seamlessly with specific customer requirements.
In addition to the renewed hygienic enclosures, IRINOX introduces IRINOXPURE: a new line of industrial air conditioners produced entirely in-house. This not only guarantees high quality standards, but also ensures seamless integration with the Hygienic Line enclosures. The filterless stainless steel design is a direct response to market demand for low-maintenance solutions. Without filters, the risk of clogging and bacterial contamination is eliminated. In addition, IRINOX takes a significant step towards sustainability by using the natural refrigerant R290 (propane). This refrigerant has a negligible climate impact (GWP) while delivering strong cooling performance, even in warm production environments.
With more than 35 years of experience in waterproof stainless steel enclosures, IRINOX once again demonstrates its role as an innovator with these introductions. The company focuses on supporting end users by combining hygiene, ease of maintenance and environmental responsibility, delivering solutions that meet today’s standards while also preparing for future regulations.
Visitors to the Food Tech Event can experience the new systems live at the IRINOX booth.
