RBK Group has expanded its FOBIS software with a Business Intelligence module: FOBIS-BI. This new tool provides manufacturing and food companies with real-time insight into their operations.
Many organisations still rely on standalone Excel reports and data that becomes available only after several days. This often results in uncertainty and decision-making based on intuition. FOBIS-BI consolidates data from purchasing, production and sales into a single, reliable overview, offering immediate visibility into performance.
The module focuses on the KPIs that matter most: efficiency, costs, delivery reliability, margins and risks. Purchasing managers can instantly detect discrepancies between ordered and delivered goods, production leads gain real-time insight into efficiency, waste flows and peak hours, and sales teams can closely monitor margins per customer, product and region.
By identifying deviations early, production and inventory can be adjusted more quickly, waste is reduced and margins improve. At the same time, companies remain audit-compliant thanks to full traceability and automatic documentation.
FOBIS-BI is modular in structure and scales with the organisation. Dashboards are ready to use with standard templates for purchasing, production and sales, but can also be tailored to a company’s specific KPIs and processes. Standard integrations are available for ERP and TMS systems, and external data sources can be connected with ease. Reports can be exported to Excel, PDF or image format, making it simple to share insights across teams.
