  • 03 October 2024

Koninklijke Vezet, a leading producer of fresh convenience vegetable and fruit products, has begun construction on a new production facility in Warmenhuizen. This expansion is driven by growing demand from customers such as Albert Heijn and Delhaize. "In order to continue meeting the increasing demand for tasty and healthy convenience products, expanding our production capacity is essential," the company stated.

A 35,000 m² facility

The new production facility, located opposite the existing site, will cover 35,000 m² and will be dedicated to producing ready-to-eat salads, fresh meals, pizzas, and innovative convenience products based on fresh vegetables. The factory is expected to be operational by the end of 2026, positioning Vezet for the future of convenience food.
