Food Matters Live is preparing for its first event on the European mainland, and Rotterdam has been chosen as the host city. With over ten years of experience in organising events focused on food ingredient innovation and sustainability, the British organiser offers a platform for collaboration within the food and beverage industry. The Rotterdam edition is scheduled for September 2025 and will take place at the Rotterdam Ahoy Convention Centre.
The event promises a unique experience with programmes such as the "Tastes of Better" ingredient innovation showcase, featuring exclusive tastings and presentations. Additionally, Food Matters Live will host four main stages where speakers will address topics like market insights, trends, and sustainable sourcing strategies. Roundtable discussions led by industry experts will provide opportunities to tackle pressing challenges within the sector.
Known for its focus on sustainability, Rotterdam has proven to be the ideal location for this European debut. The city offers excellent facilities and is strategically located at the heart of the Dutch food industry. Running concurrently with Food Matters Live is Gastvrij Rotterdam, the second-largest hospitality trade fair in the Netherlands, providing additional networking opportunities for attendees.
The event is set to be a valuable gathering for food producers, brands, and ingredient suppliers, helping shape the future of the industry.
