Support in selecting optimum new-build site

Dutch commercial property specialist Aan de Stegge Twello has provided support to high-end meat company Pas Rokerij Specialiteiten in the process to decide on the most optimal location for its in production facility, both now and in the future. A construction project team was also formed for the preparatory process. The partnership agreement was signed in mid-2016 and, after several pit-stop sessions involving the entire construction team, the application for the environmental permit was submitted to the Municipality of Tilburg at the end of December 2016. For Pas Rokerij Specialiteiten, Aan de Stegge Twello will realise a new-build facility amounting to 4,500m2, spread across two floors and approximately 400m2 of space for offices and facilities. The new Pas Rokerij Specialiteiten premises is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of this year.
