Nocotech method expensive or not?

Some people think that Nocotech disinfection is expensive. Are they right?

A litre bottle of chlorine is cheaper, that is true. But you don't disinfect 1000 m³ from ceiling to floor with it. And it certainly does not achieve the same reduction in infection pressure as the Nocotech method. Moreover, this method is fully automated, so there is no risk of human error. What is expensive and what is cheap? You can say it.
