Lamb Weston opens new Innovation Center

Lamb Weston EMEA opened its new Innovation Center in Bergen op Zoom on June 8, 2023. This investment in a state-of-the-art facility and pilot plant accelerates innovation at the international potato processing company.

The Lamb Weston Innovation Center increases opportunities to develop and test new products and processes on a small scale, accelerating global innovation. With a small-scale production line, the center offers the opportunity to experiment with potato varieties, cutting techniques, chip shapes and flavors. Sustainable production techniques will also be tested, with a view to using energy and water more efficiently.
