After 27 years as an independent company, Eco2Clean has chosen a new ownership structure. The company is becoming part of the international Christeyns Group, while FINKTEC joins as a co-shareholder. According to Eco2Clean, the partnership brings together additional knowledge and expertise in hygiene, cleaning systems, and process optimization for the food industry.
The partnership was preceded by a carefully managed process. Eco2Clean deliberately selected Christeyns and FINKTEC as its strategic partners. Based in Ghent, Christeyns operates internationally in hygiene solutions and cleaning systems. The family-owned company serves, among others, the food industry and has a strong international presence.
FINKTEC, based in Hamm, Germany, has been a knowledge partner of Eco2Clean for many years. Since the company’s founding, FINKTEC has contributed to making products more sustainable and to various innovations. The company also offers specialized expertise in hygiene and process optimization within the food industry.
According to Eco2Clean, nothing will change for customers and business partners. The company will continue operating under the same name from its office in Wijk bij Duurstede. Familiar contacts will remain in place, and existing agreements and contracts will continue unchanged. Logistics services will also remain the same. Orders will continue to be shipped from the warehouse in Duiven.
Through this partnership, Eco2Clean will be able to benefit from the additional expertise, knowledge, and international presence of Christeyns and FINKTEC. The company aims to use these strengths to provide even better support to its customers in the future.
