Infrastructure

The production site covers 3 hectares, with 1 to 1.5 hectares allocated for intensive cultivation. The infrastructure includes:

• a laboratory with climate-controlled culture rooms and analysis units (biological and chemical),
• indoor and outdoor test platforms (raceways, tanks, photobioreactors),
• a microalgae drying facility, packaging unit, and storage areas,
• a future processing unit for the extraction of phycocyanin-type (HAV) substances,
• on-site facilities for staff, trainees, and guests.

Operations are being developed according to international standards. Lumtech Aquaculture aims to obtain relevant certifications such as FDA, Halal, HACCP, or Kosher, depending on the target markets. The projected annual output is between 20 and 50 tonnes of dry Spirulina, with a turnover potential of 24 to 60 million MAD.
