A new look for OSV

During the Summer Barbecue in June, the new Ondernemers Sociëteit Voedingsindustrie (OSV) logo was officially unveiled for the 100-plus attendees. 

The new logo is the first step in a complete upgrade of the OSV association. This network for people working in the food industry, with additional membership for professionals from knowledge institutes, was founded 24 years and we are proud of its long history. We have approximately 300 members, most of whom are food industry decision-makers. At various meetings each year, OSV gives members the opportunity to get to know each other better in a relaxed and informal atmosphere, and we create possibilities for them to exchange practical knowledge and to meet (new) contacts.
Business-to-business connections between companies within our sector undeniably play an important role in success. Therefore, playing a part in the association helps companies to maintain a relevant network of contacts within the food sector. It continues to be important to maintain face-to-face contact, especially in today’s digital era, as it creates trust and a high degree of goodwill.

New logo

The association was launched 24 years ago as a network for the meat sector. Over the years OSV’s reach has been extended to include companies from the entire food industry. With the new logo, we want to emphasise that OSV is a truly cross-sector network, which is why the logo has been designed around the colours of the various food sectors: blue for fish, green for fresh produce, red for meat and yellow for dairy and bakery.
