The new Raptor XR from Fortress Technology and Sparc Systems is a high-precision, fully integrated X-ray system designed specifically for high care food production environments. It inspects products for contaminants and ejects contaminated packages from the product stream using a pneumatic ejection system. When supplying supermarkets, Raptor's software ensures that every COP (Code of Practice) is met. All COP and product specifications are programmed into the control system as standard, which in turn alerts an operator at a scheduled time. The Sparc Apollo X-ray machine is now also available in a new more price-friendly variant.
