From highly automated line solutions for snacks and convenience products to efficient automation concepts for fresh meat applications—Weber will once again present a broad range of in-house developed systems at IFFA 2025.
As a market leader in complete slicing lines, Weber is recognised for its fully integrated processing and packaging solutions. But there’s much more behind our portfolio. What this “More” includes can be experienced in Hall 12.1, Booth A01 at IFFA. In addition to a powerful and efficient complete line for calibre products such as cooked sausage, salami and cooked ham, visitors can expect a full processing and packaging line for raw ham with a distinctive packaging approach.
One of the highlights at the Weber booth is a line concept for the production of snack packs with items such as cheese bites, mini salami slices and olives in olive oil. At the heart of this creative processing solution is the Weber weSHUTTLE transport system. Offering maximum flexibility in terms of application variety and spatial design, line concepts built around the weSHUTTLE can be tailored precisely to individual customer needs. Where other systems reach their limits, this unique automation technology makes it possible to implement applications and requirements that would otherwise be out of reach—truly a game changer.
Accurate portioning and packaging of fresh meat for high-throughput sectors poses a particular challenge. At IFFA, Weber will present a solution that addresses this challenge with confidence. This is made possible by robust Weber components, from the wePRESS forming press to the wePACK thermoforming packaging machine. This highly automated setup enables the production of large volumes of fresh meat applications—such as thin-sliced products—with precise weight accuracy, all within a compact footprint.
To fully leverage the potential of this advanced technology—boosting overall system efficiency, uptime and reducing operational costs—all modules in the line must be intelligently connected, with all relevant data collected and analysed. For this reason, Weber is placing a strong focus on digitalisation in food production, supported by its extensive range of digital products and services.
