VSD switches to Henneken

From 1 June 2014 onwards, VSD Food Machinery will be supplying machinery from the German manufacturer Henneken. “Henneken has a large product range and the machines are adapted to product-specific characteristics,” explains director Hans Kooij. VSD Food Machinery has been supplying processing equipment for fish, meat and poultry since 1979. The company designs and produces smoking, cooking and grilling systems, industrial cauldrons and tunnels in house. In addition, VSD is specialised in supplying marination systems such as tumblers and injectors. For the past 35 years, the company has collaborated with the Austrian company Inject Star. “While we have no issues with the quality that we have always supplied, we believe that Henneken is more innovative and is better at anticipating future product and technology-related needs,” explains Kooij.
