VAS fair 2019 in Nieuwegein

The VAS fair will take place for the first time on 4 and 5 November 2019 in the Beursfabriek in Nieuwegein and not in the Central Market Hall in Amsterdam as previously communicated.

The change of location is necessary because the municipality of Amsterdam no longer grants a permit, because it no longer considers the Central Market Hall to be suitable for large events. The organisation has done everything in its power to find another suitable location for the fair and the professional competitions. She found this location in the Beursfabriek in Nieuwegein. The Beursfabriek is located at Symfonielaan 5, 3438 EX Nieuwegein.

Exhibition

The VAS exhibition will take place this autumn on Monday 4 and Tuesday 5 November from 14:00 to 22:00 in the Beursfabriek in Nieuwegein. It promises to be another pleasant and inspiring butcher's event for entrepreneurs and their employees.

On 4 November, the final of the election of the "Best butcher's shop in the Netherlands 2019" will take place. On 5 November, the prize-giving ceremony of various professional competitions and the announcement of the winner of the KNS competition for the Tastiest Meatballs will take place.

This year's theme is "Meat is a gift" bold and playful with a nod to the industry. The exhibitors will do everything in their power to show the visitors the latest products and services. Once again, the trade competitions will occupy a prominent place and the visitor will be inspired by various activities
