Technology drives the growth of the food industry

On May 14 and 15, 2025, the Brabanthallen in ’s-Hertogenbosch will host the ultimate one-stop-shop trade fair for food production and processing. Professionals in the food industry will find everything they need to optimize production and processing facilities.

“From refrigeration technology and quality control to energy management, hygienic design, and automation, we’ve worked hard this year to create a platform where technology and innovation take center stage,” says Judith van den Nieuwenhuijzen, program manager of the event. “Both the exhibition floor and the conference program will focus on future solutions, innovations, and developments. Automation and digitalization play a crucial role in food production and processing environments. These companies aim to work more efficiently and enhance quality. The exhibitors at the trade fair will demonstrate how their technology makes this possible.”
