Takeover of Vonk Vleeswaren by Homeko-Hoefsmit

Homeko-Hoefsmit B.V., a producer of quality meat, meat products, snacks and prepared products, is going to expand by acquiring the activities of Vonk Vleeswaren B.V. (producer of quality meat products). "Vonk Vleeswaren B.V. has found a suitable party in Homeko-Hoefsmit who will continue the activities."

The activities of Vonk Vleeswaren will end on 30 September 2021, Homeko-Hoefsmit will continue these activities as of that date under the name Homeko Slicing B.V.. This will be done with the current staff and products at the Stolwijk location.
