Südpack expands

  • 08 March 2016

Individual, fast and cost-effective: Südpack Packaging GmbH & Co. KG has recently added a digital print process to the possibilities it offers in the area of rotogravure and flexographic printing, thus completing its “printing family”.

Family-owned company Südpack has expanded its “busy family”. In addition to rotogravure and flexographic printing, customers can now also choose digital printing.

For Südpack customers, the key advantage of this portfolio extension is that it makes the combined expertise of film production available in all three printing methods. You can now also personalise digitally printed packaging and add tailor-made text or images – all in optimal printing quality and with extremely short lead times. Digital printing can be used in a wide variety of ways to add extra impact to your marketing activities.
Different parts of the film can be printed individually with different text, images, personal messages or barcodes, as desired. The new process achieves an attractive colour gradient, vibrant colours and ultra-sharp contours, irrespective of whether large patterns, fine lines or fonts are being printed. The specific colours that are used in the printing process have all been tested beforehand by independent institutes and fully comply with all the requirements for food packaging.

Digital printing gives you the flexibility that the market expects.
