The MULTIVAC Group will demonstrate at interpack 2026 how Smart Production makes food production more efficient, transparent, and sustainable. The company is presenting integrated line solutions, vision systems, and digital services that improve production processes and enhance reliability. This approach focuses on cost-efficient production with high output and maximum machine availability.
An AI-supported TX traysealer line shows how flexible production with AI can be. The line simultaneously packages different products from multiple infeed streams into trays, making optimal use of capacity. The TX 720 processes two parallel tray streams with different products, after which a labeling and inspection system identifies and correctly labels each package. The trays are then sorted and stacked by product, resulting in a streamlined process.
In addition, MULTIVAC is presenting a compact traysealer line for ready meals. This line combines multiple machines in an efficient setup and automatically checks labels for quality. Rejected packages are removed immediately. The TX 620 delivers high performance within a small footprint and operates reliably thanks to smart control systems and maintenance-free technology. Integration with digital services and centralized line control makes the solution future-ready.
The vision systems play an important role in quality control. They detect contamination in the sealing area with high precision, even with printed films, ensuring that only safe and visually sound packages reach the market. The systems are easy to integrate into existing lines or can function as a standalone solution, and can be centrally operated. Thanks to their modular design, they align well with customer-specific requirements.
With the RX Ultimate, MULTIVAC introduces a new standard in thermoforming packaging. The machine delivers consistent quality and high output thanks to advanced sensor technology and connectivity. Innovative technologies ensure a stable process and consistent handling of sustainable films.
