Redefine Meat has launched a new generation of plant-based meat in the Netherlands. The first two products: Redefine Burger and Redefine Beef Mince, are available at Jumbo, PLUS, Vomar, and Picnic. These new products are designed specifically for home use and stand out thanks to their improved composition and nutritional values.
According to Redefine Meat, the products contain up to 90 percent less saturated fat and 11 to 16 grams more protein per 100 grams, depending on the variety. Both carry a Nutri-Score A, without compromising on taste or texture. Advanced technologies also contribute to a richer and more satisfying meat experience.
The updated range was developed in collaboration with chefs, butchers, and consumers. CEO and co-founder Eshchar Ben-Shitrit explains: “Flavor is at the heart of our product development, because we know that a positive experience encourages repeat purchases. To motivate consumers to try it in the first place, using premium ingredients that result in a healthy composition is extremely important. That’s why these two factors, together, have been the focus for the new generation of our products.”
