RBK Group acquires Adviesburo Verhoef

The RBK Group from Deventer has taken a majority interest in Adviesburo Verhoef BV from Lochem with retroactive effect from 1 July 2020.

Verhoef specialises in industrial refrigeration technology, heat recovery, heat pumps and moisture control. They have been active in the AGF sector for more than 40 years.

"This makes Verhoef a strategic addition to our current activities and further strengthens the foundation of our company", says Theo Vliek, Sales Director of RBK.

As a result of the takeover, the office in Lochem will close. All activities will be carried out from Deventer.
