NutriControl: food, feed and dairy laboratory located in the food city of Veghel welcomes food pioneers with open arms. The laboratory is ready for the sustainable future and is eager to make its contribution. "We were surprised when we received the first insect sample 10 years ago," says Theo van Kessel, Project Manager with 40 years of service at NutriControl. "Customers who sent samples for feasibility studies at that time now send in end products for quality control. Very nice to have been involved in this from the beginning". With more than 10 years of experience, and collaborations with NGN and Duplaco, a lot of knowledge has been gained about alternative proteins. NutriControl is happy to help food pioneers with advice and suitable analyses.
