From October 27 to 29, MULTIVAC, TVI and Handtmann will host the Meat & Minds Summit. The event focuses on the future of the meat and protein industry. Experts will discuss current developments, new technologies and sustainable packaging solutions. Presentations, live demonstrations and research will provide participants with practical knowledge above all.
International experts and keynote speakers will discuss important trends in the industry. They will examine technologies that are already transforming production processes today. Future developments in meat processing and packaging will also receive considerable attention.
At the Future Lab, research institutes will present current developments and research findings. The themes are ‘Save Food,’ ‘Sustainable Packaging’ and ‘Production of the Future.’ Contributors include Fraunhofer and the Danish Meat Research Institute. Several German universities and research institutions will also participate.
The experts will discuss new technologies and practical concepts for more sustainable production. The focus will be on solutions that provide companies with tangible support.
A marketplace will bring together partners from across the entire supply chain. They will present solutions, applications and technical expertise to participants. A festive, typically Bavarian networking event on the first evening will provide an opportunity to make personal connections. Visitors can exchange experiences and further strengthen existing business relationships.
The second and third days will focus on practical business challenges. Participants will attend live demonstrations and interactive sessions with various experts. Topics include meat processing, packaging, automation, digitalization and more efficient production processes. Individual program sessions can also be booked separately.
