Ipekçi, a Halal slaughterhouse, has been active in the meat industry for over a decade. Located in the old slaughterhouse in Harderwijk, they handle the processing of beef, veal, lamb, and poultry. The slaughterhouse eventually became too small, leading them to expand into an adjacent hall. This hall has since been transformed into a modern slaughterhouse, equipped with top-of-the-line machinery.

Personal contact is highly valued at Ipekçi, prompting Hakan to reach out to LETS. The cleaning and tap water system is designed in such a way that, should Ipekçi decide to expand further, the system can be easily extended,” Gerco continued.
