How do we ensure that we produce more sustainable, healthier and sufficient food? Everyone agrees that our food system must change. But how? 

There are so many factors to consider: Rising costs and maintaining food safety are currently number one.

Are we going from open cultivation to high-tech Vertical Farming or is the magic word Digital Twin? Can we make food accessible to all by relying entirely on technical innovations? Should we embrace livestock farming or scale it down, or as Herman Wijffels claims: "We must move from maximum production to health as a driving factor".
