Mono film? Not an issue

Thanks to the design of our machines and our sealing technology, we can handle a wide variety of product formats and film types. Sealing mono-materials? That’s standard with Fuji. We’ll demonstrate how our solutions are ready for the packaging demands of the future.

Live on the show floor: our machines in action

We’ll showcase the FUJI FW3710BSB, a fully stainless-steel machine with bottom film feed. This unit features technology that creates a resealable package: the film is cut and fitted with a tape, allowing it to be reclosed neatly after opening.

You’ll also see the FW3710B16 with attachless infeed. This machine has become the European benchmark for trayless flowpack meat packaging – ideal for products like ground meat, burgers and cold cuts. Thanks to the B16 cutting unit, nearly all mono-materials can be processed at high speed, reaching up to 120 packs per minute. Compared to an average tray sealer, the latest generation of mono film uses up to 85% less plastic.
