The Fruit Logistica, an important trade fair for international fruit and vegetable traders, will be postponed due to corona to 5-7 April 2022. The trade fair organisation announced this on 26 November 2021.
At the moment, it is to be expected that the situation in many European countries will deteriorate as a result of the fourth Corona wave. In addition, the industry's desire to meet on site and exchange ideas in person remains strong. Against this background, Messe Berlin has decided to postpone Fruit Logistica until after the fourth wave.
"'Meet onsite again.' That remains our motto. The new date opens up the possibility of a Fruit Logistica that is worthwhile for our international guests and exhibitors. We are looking forward to welcoming people from all over the world with better general conditions", says project manager Kai Mangelberger.
With exhibitors from more than 80 countries, Fruit Logistica in April 2022 will once again represent the entire global value chain of the fruit and vegetable industry.
On these dates, Empack will also take place in Gorinchem, which will be a challenge for exhibitors who have booked both fairs!
