De Menken Keuken part of Group of Butchers

The shareholders of Group of Butchers and De Menken Keuken have reached an agreement where De Menken Keuken will become part of Group of Butchers. With this takeover, Group of Butchers, one of the leading suppliers of traditional meat products in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium, expands its product portfolio with the best private label range of Salads, Dips and Tapas and strengthens its position in the traditional cutting and packaging of fresh meat products. The proposed takeover has been submitted to the Netherlands Authority for the Consumer & Market (Autoriteit Consument & Markt) for approval.
