Compaxo Group acquires Maasland Vleeswaren

Compaxo Group B.V. and the shareholders of Maasland Vleeswaren B.V. have reached agreement that Maasland Vleeswaren B.V. will become part of the Compaxo Group. With this acquisition, family-owned Compaxo expands its broad portfolio of fresh pork, meat products and meat substitutes to include liver sausages, cooking sausages, hams and other (local) specialties, in line with its one-stop-shop strategy.
