Film Types

Belca can package your products with various film types (BOPP, mono PP, mono PE). To reduce plastic usage, our Belca machines also package various products in shrink film. The advantage of shrink film is that it is 100% recyclable, does not contain PVC material, and is exceptionally thin at 11 t / 25 micro. Products subject to certain shelf life requirements are packaged with gas-tight shrink film, for example, pizzas.

Different fruits and vegetables such as asparagus, apples, peppers, pears, broccoli, and cabbage are packaged in ultra-thin, crystal-clear shrink film without PVC material.

Our Belca flowpackers can package different product dimensions on the same machine with a short set-up time. These flowpackers are capable of sustainable packaging by using mono-materials for trays and films.
