On 22 January 2014 Marel organised the Value Adding event on integrated marinating solutions for chicken and meat. At the recently opened demonstration centre in Copenhagen (Denmark), Marel gave chicken and meat processors an insight into the future of integrated line solutions for marinating. The solution for marinating pork and other fillets consists of an OptiCut, the ValueSpray and a stacker. The meat is cut, marinated and automatically stacked for presentation. The combination of these systems minimises logistics while considerably improving the quality of the product.
