There is a lot involved in developing a food safety culture, let alone changing it. It is important to be able to interpret the current culture and assess the extent to which your perception is recognized. After all, a culture is partly determined by the people who make up the organization. Management often has a wish or expectation of how things should be and often the means to take action, but without support any proposed change is doomed to fail. So reach your goal step by step. And make sure the basis is in order before you start the improvement process.
