Waterman Onions, a long-standing key player in the international onion market, has established the Waterman Food Group. This group unites several companies within the fresh produce sector, aiming to offer customers and growers worldwide a wider range of flavor-enhancing products, including onions, garlic, and ginger.
The Waterman Food Group includes companies such as Faiafood, Sawari Fresh, JAWA Food, BioQrops, Holland Cambridge Farms, Uienzaad Online, and Roussel Onions. Each company within the group maintains its own area of expertise, but together they share a common vision focused on quality, sustainability, and innovation. “Waterman Onions remains the same trusted partner that our customers and growers know, but with the creation of the Waterman Food Group, we can offer more products and expand our impact in the market,” says Erik Waterman, co-owner of Waterman Onions.
The group offers not only fresh onions but also other high-quality flavor enhancers, such as ginger and processed products from Faiafood. With this step, the Waterman Food Group aims to create a more efficient and sustainable food supply chain. The official launch will be celebrated during Fruit Logistica in Berlin, from February 5 to 7, 2025. Simultaneously, new websites will be introduced, reflecting the group’s shared ambitions and product offerings. Through these platforms, customers and partners can gain insight into the brands and sustainable goals of the Waterman Food Group.
With a refreshed corporate identity, shared vision, and expanded product range, Waterman Onions is well-positioned to serve customers worldwide even better.
