Verderair HI-CLEAN hygienic diaphragm pumps

Verderair HI-CLEAN pumps are designed for use in hygienic and cosmetic applications and in the food industry, e.g. for fruit syrups, concentrates, sauces and cosmetic creams. These pumps are available with DIN 11851 or Tri-Clamp connections and are easy to clean by hand (by dismantling). The pump can create a suction lift of up to 8.8 m, is self-priming and can run dry without damaging the pump. The pump is also available in an EODD (electrically driven) version.

Hi-Clean AODD series consists of 7 different sub-series:

• FD series: Verderair food grade diaphragm pumps are specially designed for use in the food processing industry. Wetted materials are made of stainless steel 316 Ra and are <=3,2 μm polished (standard for food grade applications). Versions with Tri-Clamps or hygienic DIN connections.
• SB series: has a valve ball for hygienic applications. Manifolds and pump body are <=0,8 µm polished. Versions with Tri-Clamps or hygienic DIN connections. 
• SB series (pharma version): has a valve ball for pharmaceutical applications. Manifolds and pump housing are <=0,5 µm polished. Versions with Tri-Clamps or hygienic DIN connections.
• 3A series: has a valve ball for hygienic applications where a 3A certificate is required. Manifolds and pump body are <=0,8 µm polished. Versions with Tri-Clamps or hygienic DIN connections.
• SF series: has a flapper valve for hygienic applications with large particles in the liquid. Manifolds and pump housing are <=0,8 µm polished. Versions with Tri-Clamps or hygienic DIN connections.
• PH & FP series: has a flapper valve for hygienic applications with large particles in the liquid. The Flapper poultry series is specially designed for poultry applications and is available without a manifold for mounting directly on a funnel.
