At the IFFA, UNIKON Industrial Washers and Dryers will demonstrate its unique cutting glove washer. Until now, there was no good solution for cleaning boning gloves. They were often cleaned manually with high pressure. The new patented glove washer can clean 50 gloves within 15 minutes (100% clean, so no protein, blood or meat residue) and dry them. The unique cleaning method prevents unnecessary wear on the gloves. Thanks to a special filter technology, the machine uses only 0.4 litres of water per glove.
