Ter Beke acquires Stegeman and Imperial

Ter Beke Group, an innovative Belgian fresh food group with an extensive range of quality fresh food products, is proud to announce that it has reached an agreement with Sigma on its intention to acquire 100% of the shares of Sigma's entities in Belgium and the Netherlands.

The acquisition includes six of Sigma's production sites, five in Belgium and one in the Netherlands, as well as the Imperial and Stegeman brands and the brands licensed by Sigma.

The acquired manufacturing sites and their employees will continue to operate as usual. The acquisition is expected to be completed in the coming months, subject to approval by the competition authorities.
