Coding, Labeling and Inspection Experience Center

De Koningh delivers solutions for coding, labeling and inspection of products and packaging. This combination is unique in the Netherlands and makes the company a true total supplier. The various technologies and machines are preferably shown 'live' by De Koningh at exhibitions and on-site demonstrations. An extra possibility has now been added with the new Experience Center in Duiven. Fully equipped with systems in the field of coding, labelling and inspection.

Sustainable coding

All technologies are set up and working in the Experience Centre. Whether it's small character inkjet, foil printers (TTO), cartridge printers, DoD printers, high resolution printers or laser, everything is available. In a special and closed off room, there is extra attention for environment-friendly laser coding. Certainly a trend in the preservation of products and packaging, because lasers do not need any consumables to mark data. With our CO2, Fiber and Diode lasers, it is possible to perform tests up to 200 metres per minute. 

Reliable labelling

Various labelling systems are available in the Experience Center for labelling products and packaging. From a simple applicator for shipping boxes to a complete wrap-around for bottles and jars. Also machines for direct printing and application are available for single-sided labelling or bottom-up labelling. Furthermore, the advanced and fast price-weighing labelling unit is ready for test products. In addition De Koningh presents industrial desktop printers of all known A-brands. With a separate section for the full color printing solutions. Of course there are also examples of labels and print ribbons to be found in various sizes and materials.

Accurate checking and inspection

Besides coding and labelling, the third specialism, inspection, is extensively covered in the Experience Center. The most compact combined checkweigher with metal detector in the world is on display. There are also separate checkweighers and high-quality x-ray systems. With the latest addition of machines for leak detection, seal seam inspection and code & label inspection.
