NIZO food research is one of the world’s most advanced independent contract research companies. The theme of this company visit is ‘successful reformulation’. After an introduction by NIZO food research, we will receive a presentation on virtual product development. Needless to say, we will tour all the facilities as well as the pilot plant where we will be able to see, feel and taste the very latest approaches and techniques for successful reformulation.
