Sismation – smart handling

With the automation branch 'Sismation', we offer an additional brand under the same trusted roof to provide custom solutions to our customers. Sismation focuses on four main areas: product handling systems, case packers, palletizers, and material handling systems. Alongside Sismatec’s standard range of machines, we now offer total solutions for complete lines and processes, thereby fully supporting businesses.

Approach

We prefer to visit to observe current processes. We identify the desires and requirements and consider as many aspects as possible in the plan. Our engineers and project management team then develop one or more concepts. We take into account efficiency, simplicity in operation, and the continuity of the process. These concepts are discussed with the client. Once a concept is approved, we produce a detailed drawing. During this process, project managers frequently report back, ensuring that we, together with the client, arrive at the right design. Engineering, software, and assembly are all done in-house until the solution is ready for a Factory Acceptance Test.

Sismatec thus offers everything in-house: from the initial concept to the total solution, from layout to programming. We handle the installation and training of staff. Our project managers meticulously work through the entire process to ensure everything runs smoothly. After delivery, Sismatec’s service department is responsible for after-sales and service support.
