Özgazi opts for QiSOFT

Özgazi is striving to become the world’s largest and most efficient manufacturer of high-quality soft white cheese (feta). In order to achieve its ambition, the company recently installed an ultra-modern production line for the fully automated manufacture and packaging of its products with a minimal workforce.

The production line includes an associated quality and productivity management system, on which Özgazi places high demands. For example, the company wants fully transparent data about the entire production process in order to optimally guarantee the production efficiency and quality control.
