Smaakstampei 2015 was another resounding success. Attracting around 50 attendees, this event has become a regular fixture on the annual calendar. There was plenty of time for good conversations. The participants were once again full of enthusiasm, describing it as ‘relaxed’, ‘targeted’, ‘loads of new contacts’ and ‘really very tasty’. The chefs created a variety of courses using the products supplied by BBS Food. By serving smaller portions of a large number of different dishes, they ensured there was always something new to try and hence lots of opportunities for interaction.
