So much developments on the market. It’s hard to keep up. You want to switch faster, more often and more completely and you have to take steps to be several beats ahead. Reason for us to once again assess our activities and online positions. You must stay innovative and never stand still.
Listen to the market, that’s the first requirement. This year, readers and members asked why we didn’t pay more attention to the meat industry. Of all sectors, the meat industry is on the move the most and under heavy fire. During the OSV summer barbecue, I announced that if we listened and will start a Meat Industry section, with a Meat Industry section, in which we bundle information specific to this sector.
I asked the present members if they wanted to share stories with us for the new sections and were immediately flooded with offers. The first two editions are filled to the brim with beautiful reports. Thank you for that! It’s a good feeling when you can take steps together.
The OSV and trade magazine belong together. We get our information directly from the source (our members) and share this knowledge with 3,000 food manufactures through the trade magazine. Trade magazine ‘Voedingsindustrie’ has a new contemporary logo and the printed edition has a new glossy look.
We also took steps online: the OSV now have their own segment on our portal which has also been completely renewed and once again has a contemporary look. With more and even more current information, clearer and with many modern communication possibilities to reach our, but also your target group.
