New construction Sligro by Aan de Stegge

Aan the Stegge Twello has started the realisation of a delivery service distribution centre for Sligro. The new building on business park A1 in Deventer will cover 20,000 m².

20,000 m² new building

In the building various spaces will be realized including a 3,900 m² cold store, a 1,900 m² cold store, dry grocery storage and a refrigerated multifunctional expedition. The building will also have offices, the necessary workspaces and other spaces to serve the business process. At the front two loading pits will be realized with 30 docks.

BREEAM

The modern new building for Sligro will be equipped with the latest sustainable techniques. The building will be realized gas-free. Heating takes place by means of residual heat from the cooling and freezing installation. In combination with many other sustainable applications and building methods, the aim is to obtain a BREEAM Outstanding certification.

The new distribution centre for Sligro will be completed in June.
