In the IFFA Kitchen there is a complete production line, where the process of sausage making, packaging and labelling can be seen live. The subject of 'clean label' is also addressed. The products made are prepared on the spot on the barbecue so that visitors can taste the result immediately. Every day there is a demo at 11:00, 13:30 and 16:00.
