In addition to its course on meat technology, HAS University of Applied Sciences has also introduced a course in basic meat technology in 2016. This course is especially suitable for people in the meat industry who have no prior technical knowledge and for people who have some practical experience in a production environment but who would also like to understand more about the theoretical aspects. The course in basic meat technology is also ideal for new entrants to the meat industry. The tools provided by the basic course give people a better grip on meat-related raw materials and processes and hence enable them to become better discussion partners.
