Tramper Technology presents its entry-level tray sealer equipped with a hygienic walking beam transport system at the Empack Gorinchem packaging fair.
The fully automatic Tramper S-340 tray sealer is ideally suited for packaging fresh food under MAP conditions. It can handle various types of trays, including plastic, aluminum, and cardboard, and can use printed, unprinted, or perforated sealing film.
The S-340 is a robust and reliable packaging machine capable of running up to 18 cycles per minute. The machine comes standard with servo-driven actuations, offering several practical advantages: easily adjustable speeds, high seal pressure, low energy consumption, no need for water cooling, and adjustable film tension.
