Espera wins FT Meat Technology Award 2022

At IFFA 2022 Espera won the Meat Technology Award in the Digitalisation/Process Control category with its digital machine platform 'THINK4INDUSTRY CARE'.

This unique digital platform enables a production team to oversee all machine and production line parameters with one simple click. This makes free capacities or bottlenecks in the entire production process visible. This offers great opportunities to improve the Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) of a machine or of an entire production line. In addition, the THINK4INDUSTRY CARE platform also measures and visualises the real-time wear of machine parts for the production or maintenance team in the factory. This helps to obtain an overview of the lifespan of wear parts and to detect anomalies. This greatly reduces unexpected downtime. If a motor in a machine heats up to a critical temperature, the system issues a warning to the operator or maintenance team. The warning is always accompanied by recommendations for action. To solve this problem and ensure continuous optimum operation of the machine.
