From 7-10 October, Cologne will once again be hosting Anuga, the international food industry trade show which is subdivided into ten smaller fairs. Anuga is expected to attract 160,000 visitors and a record number of 7,200 exhibitors from all over the world who are keen to present their innovations and newest products. One of the interesting events this year is the ‘E-Grocery Congress’ on Tuesday 10 October, during which Anuga is zooming in on a major trend including lots of information, examples of best practices and the key developments in e-commerce.
