CSB-System introduces AI assistant for ERP analytics

ERP specialist CSB-System now offers its customers an AI assistant that provides fast and easy access to business data. “Cesy” is part of CSB’s AI Solutions portfolio. It enables users to make fast, well-informed decisions.

Instead of manually retrieving reports or creating complex analyses, CSB users can now formulate their questions in natural language. A request can be as simple as: “Show me the top 5 buyers of our salami products in a chart.” Cesy interprets the request, opens the CSB Data Warehouse, automatically creates the correct analysis, and presents the results in a clearly structured text, table, or chart.

Many CSB customers already have powerful data warehouse structures in place. However, creating complex and ad hoc analyses of revenue trends or sales volumes often required support from IT administrators or controllers.
With Cesy, that extra step is no longer necessary. Departments and decision-makers can perform analyses without in-depth ERP or SQL knowledge and immediately access the information they need.
