Coenco Liquid Foods specialises in the design, construction, and implementation of advanced process installations for liquid food production. Mixing & dosing

For dosing processes, we use techniques such as dosing pumps, screw feeders, load cells, and flow meters, ensuring that ingredients are always added in the correct proportions.
For mixing liquids and ingredients, we apply various methods, including mixing tanks with agitators, Venturi systems, and high shear pumps. These technologies ensure a homogeneous end product and stable product quality, even with complex or viscous mixtures.

Processing

In the area of transport and process control, we also provide efficient solutions. Our systems use volumetric and non-volumetric pumps, combined with high-quality valves and sensors. Flow meters, pH meters, and conductivity meters enable continuous process monitoring and ensure optimal control over quality and production.
Temperature control is another crucial element in many food processes. Coenco develops installations with plate heat exchangers, tubular coolers, and tanks with heating and cooling jackets. Depending on the application, steam, superheated water, or glycol can be used to reach and maintain the required temperature quickly and efficiently.

CIP systems

Hygiene and cleanability are central to all our designs. That is why we also supply CIP systems (Cleaning In Place) with different levels of automation. These systems can be equipped with precise dosing pumps for cleaning agents, sensors for process control, and options for recovering cleaning liquids. This approach combines optimal hygiene with efficient use of resources and energy.

Engineering

In addition to process installations, we offer comprehensive engineering services. Our team analyses existing processes and identifies opportunities to reduce energy consumption, increase capacity, and improve product quality. Based on this, we develop detailed P&ID diagrams and mechanical designs in both 2D and 3D, ensuring installations perform optimally and are easy to maintain.
Automation plays a key role in this. Our systems use reliable technologies from suppliers such as Siemens and Beckhoff. By applying modern sensors and industrial communication protocols, processes can be accurately monitored and controlled. This gives customers maximum control over their production and enables further optimisation.

One stop shop

Coenco supports customers throughout the entire project: from concept and engineering to realisation, installation, and commissioning. Our team handles TIG welding, mechanical assembly, electrical panel building, and cabling. After installation, we ensure careful commissioning and operator training so the system can be used to its full potential.
